Celebrating 88 hours...of travel

...and we're STILL not there.  Sigh.  Here's fun stuff that has happened along the way: We were in Hong Knog having curry when the cheesy lounge band started singing Jon Denver's "Country Road"  This was surprising as I wouldn't think the fine people of HK would have any reference for West Virginia. We laughed and curried along. Then, in Bangkokthis morn at 6am, we were in a Taxi and heard....you guessed it...country road - take me home - to the place that i was born - west virginia... And weirder still - when I got in line for the ticketing agent - the lady's bag in front of me was called a "Country Road" Jon Denver is haunting us.  We need a Denver exorcism.  Ok. Going back to see if we get on the next plane to Ko Samui to meet our favorite poets -the sootch and Jess!! Jon Denver compels thee!!!!   Check me out!
